Advertising space
Each My Community Mail mailer carries eight advertising placements: two premium front placements and six coupon placements. Space on a given mail drop is confirmed only once we have confirmed it with you in writing.
Category exclusivity
We hold one business per category per mailer. Once a category is taken on a drop, we will not sell that category again on the same mailer.
Artwork and approval
Ad design is included at no additional cost. You are responsible for the accuracy of your offer, pricing, and any conditions or expiry dates. We send a proof for your approval before printing, and approved artwork is final.
Distribution
We distribute to the neighbourhoods listed for your mail drop. Household counts are drawn from published municipal census data and are close estimates, not guarantees of individual delivery.
Results
We do not guarantee any particular level of response, redemption, or revenue from a campaign.
